Why fleets choose us

One platform for your entire fleet, backed by people who know fleets

Most fleets end up with tracking from one supplier, cameras from another and compliance kit from a third. We bring it all together. Every vehicle, every camera and every alert reports into a single cloud platform that your team can actually use without a training course.

From ten vans to a thousand HGVs, you get the same thing: clear data, honest pricing and engineers who turn up when they say they will.

  • Live GPS tracking, journey history and geofencing for every vehicle
  • Connected dash cams with AI event detection and instant footage requests
  • Driver scoring and coaching that measurably reduces incidents
  • TfL Direct Vision Standard compliance handled from survey to permit evidence

London operators

DVS compliant? The rules changed, and the grace period is over

Since 28 October 2024, every HGV over 12 tonnes needs a three star DVS rating or a fitted Progressive Safe System to operate in Greater London. Enforcement is live around the clock through ANPR cameras, and the penalty charge is £550 per vehicle, per day.

We handle the whole process: star rating checks, Progressive Safe System installation with cameras, sensors and audible warnings, and the photographic evidence TfL needs for your permit application.

  • Free star rating check for every vehicle in your fleet
  • Progressive Safe System fitted to TfL technical specifications
  • Evidence pack prepared for your permit application

What our customers say

Trusted by fleet operators across the UK

Our insurer quoted us a meaningful reduction within six months of the cameras going in. Two fraudulent claims have already been thrown out on the strength of the footage alone.
JMJames MalloryFleet Director, Midlands distribution group
The installation team fitted forty vehicles across three depots without a single day of downtime. Driver scores improved within the first month and our fuel spend is visibly down.
SPSarah PembertonOperations Manager, national courier fleet
They handled our entire DVS programme, from star rating checks to the permit evidence. Every truck passed first time. It took a genuine headache off my desk.

Common questions

Fleet telematics, answered honestly

Pricing depends on your fleet size, the hardware you choose and the length of your agreement. As a guide, most fleets invest between the price of a daily coffee and a sandwich per vehicle. Camera systems with installation typically start from a few hundred pounds per vehicle on fleet agreements, with a modest monthly platform fee. Every quotation we issue is fully itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

For fleets under fifty vehicles we can usually complete installation within two to three weeks of your order, including DVS packages. Larger roll outs are planned in phases with your operations team so vehicles stay on the road. Each van takes around ninety minutes and each HGV between two and four hours depending on the kit.

In our experience, yes, when it is introduced properly. We help you position the system as protection for your drivers first: footage that proves they were not at fault, alerts that keep them safe, and scoring that rewards good driving. Most resistance fades within weeks once drivers see the system defend a colleague against a false claim.

No. The platform is built for busy fleet managers, not data analysts. Live map, vehicle list, alerts and reports are all one or two clicks away, and we provide full training for your team plus a driver handbook you can adapt. If you can use online banking, you can use this.

We look after fleets from five vehicles to five thousand. The platform, the cameras and the support are identical either way. Larger fleets benefit from volume pricing and a dedicated account manager, smaller fleets get the same technology without needing an in house specialist to run it.
