Fleet and driver safety programmes that genuinely change behaviour
Driver scoring, AI distraction alerts and coaching tools that reduce incidents, claims and insurance costs across your fleet.
Tracking alone does not make a fleet safer. Coaching does.
Fleet tracking tells you where your vehicles are. It does not, by itself, change how they are driven. Safety improves when drivers understand what good looks like, get feedback quickly and see that safe driving is noticed and rewarded. Our safety programme is built around that principle.
Every journey is scored across the four behaviours that cause most fleet incidents: speeding, harsh braking, harsh acceleration and harsh cornering. Drivers see their own scores, managers see fair comparisons across teams, and AI cameras step in the moment distraction or fatigue appears, warning the driver before an incident rather than after it.
- Weekly driver safety reports and league tables
- In cab alerts for distraction, fatigue and phone use
- Fully customisable scoring thresholds and weightings
- Journey level analysis with video context for coaching

What we measure, and why it matters
Speeding
The single biggest factor in incident severity. We measure against the actual posted limit, not a blanket threshold, and highlight repeat locations.
Harsh Braking
Late, heavy braking signals poor anticipation and following distances. It is also where your brake and tyre budget quietly disappears.
Acceleration
Aggressive acceleration burns fuel and wears drivetrains. Smooth drivers can use noticeably less fuel on identical routes.
Cornering
Fast cornering unsettles loads, frightens passengers and other road users, and points to time pressure problems worth addressing.

A safety programme, not just a score
Scores without action are just numbers. We help you turn them into a programme your drivers buy into: a launch briefing, a driver handbook, monthly league tables and recognition for improvement. Our most successful customers reward the most improved driver each month rather than shaming the bottom of the table.
Within a typical quarter, fleets see measurable reductions in harsh events per mile, fewer incidents and a calmer conversation with their insurer at renewal. The data also protects you: if an incident does happen, you can evidence that you run a proactive safety culture, which matters more every year.
- Launch briefing and driver handbook included
- League tables and most improved recognition templates
- Quarterly reviews with your account manager
- Evidence pack for insurers and accreditations
Driver safety questions from fleet managers
Every journey is scored across four parameters: speeding, harsh braking, harsh acceleration and harsh cornering. Scores are weighted against road type and conditions, then rolled into weekly driver and team league tables. You set the thresholds, so the scoring reflects your operation rather than a generic standard.
Position it as protection and reward, not surveillance. We supply a driver handbook and briefing pack, and most of our customers run a league table with a monthly prize for the most improved driver. Fleets that reward good driving rather than punishing bad driving see the fastest culture change.
Our AI camera watches for distraction, phone use, smoking, fatigue and seat belt absence, and warns the driver in the cab the moment it happens. Fleet managers receive a weekly event summary with video context for coaching conversations. It prevents incidents rather than just recording them.
Yes. Demonstrable, improving driver scores are exactly the evidence brokers use to negotiate better fleet premiums. Several of our customers have used six months of scoring data plus camera footage statistics to secure meaningful reductions at renewal.
