Arc Telematics was founded by people who ran fleets before they sold technology to them. That background shapes everything we do: we recommend what we would buy, we install it the way we would want it installed in our own vehicles, and we answer support calls the way we used to wish suppliers answered ours.
Today we look after more than 38,000 vehicles for over 1,400 UK fleets, from family couriers with a dozen vans to national operators running thousands of HGVs. The technology is genuinely excellent, but our customers stay because of the service: named account managers, engineers who turn up on time, and honest advice even when the honest answer is "you do not need that yet".

Rolling out technology across a large fleet is an operational project, not a purchase order. We plan phased installations with your depot managers, train your administrators and drivers, migrate any existing data, and review the programme with you every quarter. Whether you are fitting fifty vehicles or five thousand, the process is the same: planned, calm and finished on schedule.
